The Management

Prior to co-founding Incubator Games, Radek worked as a lead programmer, designer, and producer at various videogame and software development companies. His background in computer science facilitated a technical approach to videogame and application design, and he has continued to share his insights on the Significant Bits blog and various online sites.

Radek is currently focusing on freelance work and pursuing further game development in his spare time.
